Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, services, materials, insurance and equipment for work around Trade Drive. Work elements, which are part of the required construction, include earthwork, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, waterline, asphalt paving, curbs, signing, landscaping, lighting, pavement markings and all work as described in the Plans and Specifications.
